Our Policies


Payment Types: All major credit cards, cashier’s checks and money orders are accepted.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Credit card information is required to reserve your unit. Cancellations must be made two weeks in advance of occupancy dates. All cancellations will be subject to a $25 cancellation processing fee. You will not be charged the full amount for your reservation if new bookings occur for your reservation dates. You will receive a confirmation email, which will serve as the official confirmation of your reservation.

Early/Late Arrivals: Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless otherwise pre-arranged. For arrivals before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM, please call in advance to arrange dropping off luggage and getting a key. Early check-in may be possible if there is no guest in your unit before your arrival or if they left early and cleaning could be done earlier.
